Norvento Wind Turbines
Norvento is a Spanish company with over 30 years history in the promotion, construction and operation of renewable energy power plants. They specialise in the manufacture of a high quality small scale wind turbine, the nED 100 which is manufactured in northern Spain.
The nED 100 wind turbine is a good-looking, high quality, durable, direct drive, variable-speed small wind turbine with an enviable record for reliability.
Norvento wind turbines are ideally suited for on-site generation at farms, factories, seaports, shopping centres, tourist and leisure centres, irrigation systems, government, institutional buildings, and residential areas. A ‘low mode’ version can be used where noise issues are present – this model has the power output curtailed in order to reduce operational noise. recently a larger 24 m rotor option has been introduced in order to increase energy production from this fantastic wind turbine.
The list and table below summarise the Norvento wind turbines available:

Are you considering a wind turbine project?
Careful assessment at an early stage can help establish whether a proposed site is technically, commercially and environmentally suitable for a wind turbine project. Renewables First can also help clients understand the wider commercial considerations involved in development. Explore our guidance on windpower financing and investing to learn more about potential approaches to funding a project.
Start With a Wind Turbine Feasibility Study
If you are interested in installing a wind turbine, the first step is to contact us to discuss your requirements and complete a Wind Turbine Feasibility Study. A feasibility study can help identify important site considerations before significant investment is made in planning and project development.
