Norvento is a Spanish company with over 30 years history in the promotion, construction and operation of renewable energy power plants. They specialise in the manufacture of a high quality small scale wind turbine, the nED 100 which is manufactured in northern Spain.
The nED 100 wind turbine is a good-looking, high quality, durable, direct drive, variable-speed small wind turbine with an enviable record for reliability.
Norvento wind turbines are ideally suited for on-site generation at farms, factories, seaports, shopping centres, tourist and leisure centres, irrigation systems, government, institutional buildings, and residential areas. A ‘low mode’ version can be used where noise issues are present – this model has the power output curtailed in order to reduce operational noise. recently a larger 24 m rotor option has been introduced in order to increase energy production from this fantastic wind turbine.
